SOCIALEAT S.R.L. — STA — Super Trading Agents

01 · General Acceptance (Terms + Recommendations + API + Prohibited Uses + general clauses)

Version 1.8 - 03/10/2026

STA - Super Trading Agents is a software product and a digital service of Socialeat S.r.l. (VAT no./Tax code 13257270960; registered office: Via G. Compagnoni 26, 20129 Milano (MI), Italy; e-mail: info@socialeat.net; tel. +39 349 310 6730). STA is not a separate legal entity: the contract, the provision of the Service and any fees are the responsibility of Socialeat S.r.l.

Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Identity of the provider and nature of the relationship

The Service called «STA — Super Trading Agents» is a software product of Socialeat S.r.l. («Socialeat» or the «Company»), which is its owner, contracting party and provider. Every reference to «STA» in these documents indicates Socialeat's product/service and not a different company or an autonomous legal entity. Any fees accrued are owed to Socialeat S.r.l.

Provider details: Socialeat S.r.l.; registered office Via G. Compagnoni 26, 20129 Milano (MI), Italy; VAT no./Tax code 13257270960; e-mail info@socialeat.net; telephone +39 349 310 6730. Service website: supertradingagents.com.

2. Nature of the Service

STA is a multi-agent software system based on artificial intelligence that processes market data and produces operational signals on crypto-assets, presented in the form of operational cards («trade cards»). The cards may indicate, among other things, asset, direction, entry range, protection levels, targets, risk/return and time horizon. Trade cards are generated according to the system's criteria and, except for features expressly described otherwise, are made available on a non-personalised basis: they do not take into account the individual financial situation, investment objectives or risk tolerance of the individual User.

The ordinary flow is as follows: (i) STA analyses market data; (ii) it generates a trade card; (iii) the trade card remains an informative proposal without operational effects until the User performs an act of approval; (iv) the User decides autonomously whether to ignore, reject or confirm it; (v) only after the User's manual and specific confirmation may the approved parameters be technically forwarded to the exchange via API. STA does not decide whether to open a position on the User's behalf, and no automatic opening resulting from the mere generation of the card is provided for. No trade card produces operational effects without the User's prior expression of will.

STA may generate signals that are wrong, late, sub-optimal or not executable. Past, simulated or real performance is no guarantee of future results.

3. Regulatory perimeter and reserved activities

Trade cards are general, non-personalised information and recommendations: STA does not provide personalised advice, does not build the individual card on the financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance of the individual User and does not take the investment decision in the User's place. The fact that the User must give a specific confirmation excludes any discretionary portfolio management. The legal qualification that applicable law attributes to the individual technical functions actually performed remains unaffected.

Socialeat makes available only functions compatible with the applicable authorisation framework. Where a function is qualified under the laws in force as a crypto-asset service, an investment service or activity, a payment service or another reserved activity, it is made available only if Socialeat or the party involved holds the necessary authorisation or it is structured through an authorised party; otherwise, the function is disabled.

Crypto-assets that qualify as financial instruments and any derivative products, futures or perpetuals do not automatically fall within the MiCA perimeter. Their availability, if any, is subject to the different applicable regulatory framework and to the limitations provided for the category of User and for the jurisdiction concerned.

4. Manual confirmation, execution and User control

Every trade card requires a manual and express confirmation referring to the individual transaction before any operational forwarding. The User may ignore or reject the card, may confirm only some cards and, where the interface allows, may modify the amount or parameters before confirming. There is no automatic execution of the trade card: the generation of the card, on its own, does not open any position. The User's confirmation constitutes the specific instruction to proceed with the transaction at the market conditions available at the time of forwarding.

Between generation, display, confirmation and receipt of the order by the exchange, price changes, spread, slippage or unavailability may occur. Confirmation does not guarantee execution, price, the absence of partial executions or the reaching of stop/target at the levels indicated.

5. Custody of funds and API permissions

Funds and crypto-assets remain in the account held in the User's name at the exchange. Socialeat does not hold the complete access credentials to the account and does not freely dispose of the User's funds. The only transfer power provided through the withdrawal API permission is the one, authorised in advance during onboarding, strictly necessary for collecting the performance fee accrued in favour of Socialeat according to document 02.

To use the live functions, the API keys are configured with the permissions necessary for the functions actually activated: read, trading and withdrawal. The three permissions have distinct purposes. The trading permission may be used only following the User's manual confirmation of the specific trade card. The withdrawal permission is required exclusively to collect the 18% performance fee on the daily profit margin, understood in these documents as the realised positive net result calculated according to document 02.

During onboarding, the User authorises in advance the use of the withdrawal permission exclusively to transfer to Socialeat the amount of the performance fee actually accrued. Such collection does not require a new manual confirmation for each individual daily withdrawal, because it is carried out on the basis of the specific authorisation already given, but it does not give Socialeat a general power to move the User's funds. The amount that may be withdrawn must be limited to the fee due, and every collection must be recorded and made verifiable by the User.

The API keys may be revoked at any time directly by the User at the exchange; revocation interrupts the technical connection to STA without preventing direct access to the exchange account. Revocation of the withdrawal permission may prevent the automatic collection of performance fees already accrued or future ones and may entail the suspension of live functions until the situation is regularised, the amounts already accrued remaining due.

6. Eligibility requirements

  • Age of majority and full legal capacity under the applicable law.
  • Residence in, and use from, a jurisdiction in which the Service and its functions are permitted; the United States of America and the countries/territories subject to applicable sanctions or restrictive measures are excluded.
  • Ownership of a valid and active exchange account held in the User's name, with verification/KYC carried out where required by the exchange.
  • Use of the Service on one's own account and in compliance with any limits indicated in the interface or by the exchange.

7. User obligations

  • Provide truthful, up-to-date data relating to oneself; safeguard credentials, devices, 2FA and API keys.
  • Before confirming, check asset, direction, amount, leverage where present, stop, target and any other information shown.
  • Not use STA in breach of the law, sanctions, the exchange's terms or these Terms.
  • Immediately revoke the API keys and inform Socialeat in the event of suspected compromise.

8. Suspension, closure and contractual withdrawal

Socialeat may suspend or close the account for breach of the Terms, legal obligations, orders of the Authorities, security risk, fraud or non-payment, notifying the User where permitted. The User may request closure of the account at any time and may autonomously revoke the API keys.

Socialeat may withdraw from the open-ended relationship with at least 30 days' notice on a durable medium, unless immediate termination is required by law, by the Authorities or for serious security reasons. Only the fees lawfully accrued before the effective date of the withdrawal remain due.

9. Consumer's right of withdrawal

The consumer User has, where applicable, the right of withdrawal within the terms provided for by the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo). If the User expressly requests that the Service begin during the withdrawal period, early activation does not in itself entail the immediate loss of the right: in the event of withdrawal, an amount proportional to the services actually provided up to the notice of withdrawal may be due, within the limits of the law. Any loss of the right of withdrawal operates only in the cases and under the mandatory conditions provided for by law, including, for service contracts, full performance when the relevant requirements are met.

For contracts concluded through an online interface, during the period in which the right may be exercised an online function, clearly identified, is made available for withdrawing from the contract, with acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium. The model form is reproduced in document 02.

Any different mandatory regime applicable where the relationship is qualified as a distance contract for financial services remains unaffected.

10. Governing law, jurisdiction and ADR

The Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumer Users, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer has jurisdiction in the cases provided for by law. In other relationships, the Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction, unless a different mandatory rule applies.

The consumer may have recourse to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies provided for by the applicable rules. The right to bring proceedings before the judicial Authority is always preserved.

11. Conclusion of the contract, archiving and durable medium

Before activation, the interface allows the User to read the documents, correct any input errors, select the required acceptances and view the essential economic information. The boxes are not pre-ticked. The concluded contract, the version of the accepted documents, the User's identifier and the date/time of the acceptances are archived and made available in the reserved area or sent on a durable medium, for example e-mail or downloadable PDF.

The contractual language of reference is Italian; any translations are provided for convenience and, unless a different mandatory provision applies, in the event of discrepancy the Italian version prevails. The User may contact Socialeat at the contact details indicated for assistance and complaints.

12. Intellectual property and licence

The STA software, algorithms, models, interfaces, trademarks, logos, databases and contents are owned by Socialeat or by the relevant licensors. The User is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence, limited to the use of the Service in accordance with these Terms. Trade cards are intended for personal use and may not be resold or commercially redistributed without written authorisation.

13. Artificial intelligence and transparency

STA uses artificial intelligence systems to process data and produce content and signals. The User is informed when interacting directly with an assistant or a conversational function based on AI. AI outputs may contain errors or hallucinations and do not replace the User's own verification. Socialeat adopts, where applicable, the transparency measures provided for by European legislation on artificial intelligence.

14. Changes to the Terms and to the Service

Socialeat may change these Terms or the economic conditions for justified reasons, for example regulatory adjustments, security, technical developments or changes in suppliers' costs. Changes that substantially affect the relationship are communicated on a durable medium with at least 30 days' notice, except for changes imposed by law with a shorter term or necessary for security. The User may withdraw before the changes take effect without penalties, without prejudice to the fees already accrued. Changes to the fee that are less favourable to the User have no retroactive effect.

The mandatory rights provided for by the Italian Consumer Code regarding digital content and services, conformity, updates and remedies, where applicable, remain unaffected.

15. Communications

Socialeat's communications may be sent to the registered e-mail address and made available in the app or in the web area. The User's formal communications may be sent to info@socialeat.net or, for matters relating to STA, to info@supertradingagents.com. It is the User's responsibility to keep contact details up to date.

16. Availability of the Service

Socialeat provides the Service with the required professional diligence, but availability also depends on connectivity, technology suppliers, AI models, market data and exchanges. Maintenance, faults or external events may cause delays or unavailability. All mandatory remedies and liabilities provided for by law remain unaffected.

General recommendations to the public — Disclosure

Non-personalised nature

Trade cards are produced according to general criteria and are not formulated on the basis of the assets, experience, objectives or risk appetite of the individual User. No communication must be interpreted as a guarantee of return.

Conflict of interest

Socialeat receives a performance fee when the economic conditions defined in document 02 are met. There is therefore an economic interest of the Company connected to the positive results of the transactions considered for the purposes of the fee. This conflict is declared before activation and is managed through transparent calculation rules, traceability and the possibility of dispute.

Assets and regulatory framework

Socialeat adopts a screening process for the instruments made available and may exclude assets or functions where doubts arise about their legal qualification, the lawfulness of the offer in the User's jurisdiction or the availability of the product at the exchange. Any reference to MiCA does not extend to instruments excluded from its scope, including financial instruments under the applicable rules.

API connection

Required permissions and security

The live connection requires read, trading and withdrawal permissions exclusively for the purposes described in these documents. The trading permission may be used only after the manual confirmation of the individual trade card. The withdrawal permission may be used exclusively to collect the 18% performance fee actually accrued and not for discretionary transfers or for other purposes. The keys are processed with adequate technical and organisational measures, encryption at rest, segregation of encryption keys, access control and logging. Where the exchange provides destination whitelists, IP restrictions or equivalent controls, such measures are used when compatible with the architecture of the Service.

Revocation and compromise

Revoking the key at the exchange immediately interrupts the connection. In the event of suspected compromise, the User must revoke the key and contact Socialeat. Socialeat activates the incident response procedures and any obligations provided for by data protection legislation.

Prohibited uses

  • Use of the Service in excluded jurisdictions or in breach of the law or of the exchange's rules.
  • Circumvention of technical limits, abuse of the APIs, intentional overloading or attempts at unauthorised access.
  • Reverse engineering or unauthorised extraction of algorithms, data or protected content, subject to the mandatory limits of the law.
  • Resale, redistribution or commercial exploitation of trade cards without written authorisation.
  • Use for fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, insider dealing or other unlawful purposes.

Liability and final clauses

Liability

Within the limits permitted by law, Socialeat is not liable for losses deriving exclusively from market movements, autonomous decisions of the User, errors or unavailability of the exchange or of third parties not attributable to Socialeat. No exclusion or limitation applies when the damage derives from wilful misconduct or gross negligence, from breach of mandatory obligations, from personal injury or in the other cases in which the law prohibits limitations of liability. In relationships with consumers, the mandatory protections of the Italian Consumer Code always prevail.

The User is liable for third-party claims caused by their own unlawful use or use contrary to the Terms, to the extent that such claims are actually attributable to their conduct. This provision does not transfer to the User liabilities deriving from Socialeat's conduct.

Final clauses

The invalidity of any clause does not affect the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with the documents referred to, constitute the contractual agreement relating to STA. Socialeat may assign the contract or receivables in the context of corporate transactions in compliance with the law and subject to notice when required; the User retains the rights of withdrawal or objection provided for by the applicable rules.

Version 4

SOCIALEAT S.R.L. — STA — Super Trading Agents

02 · Economic Conditions, Risks and Execution (fee + risks + withdrawal)

Version 1.8 - 03/10/2026

STA - Super Trading Agents is a software product and a digital service of Socialeat S.r.l. (VAT no./Tax code 13257270960; registered office: Via G. Compagnoni 26, 20129 Milano (MI), Italy; e-mail: info@socialeat.net; tel. +39 349 310 6730). STA is not a separate legal entity: the contract, the provision of the Service and any fees are the responsibility of Socialeat S.r.l.

PART 1 — HOW THE PERFORMANCE FEE WORKS AND IS PAID

1. Summary information for the User

STA has no fixed fees or entry costs. The only fee owed to Socialeat S.r.l. is a performance fee of 18% on the profit margin accrued in the single day, where «profit margin» means the realised positive net result (realised net PnL) calculated separately for each relevant wallet according to the rules below. If the result of the day is zero or negative, no performance fee is due for that day.

Each day is autonomous: the losses of one day are not carried over to previous or subsequent days. For this reason the User may pay performance fees on some positive days even if the overall result of a longer period is nil or negative. Example: +100 euros on day 1 = fee 18 euros; -100 euros on day 2 = fee 0; +100 euros on day 3 = fee 18 euros. Overall result: +100 euros; total fees: 36 euros.

2. Transactions included in the calculation

For the purposes of the performance fee, only the transactions that the system uniquely identifies as linked to an STA trade card confirmed by the User, or to an STA position subsequently managed/closed by the User, are considered. Transactions unrelated to STA carried out autonomously on the same exchange or wallet must not be included in the fee calculation.

Partial closures contribute to the result to the extent that they generate realised PnL. Deposits, withdrawals, transfers between wallets and mere changes in the value of positions still open do not constitute realised PnL for the purposes of the fee.

3. Calculation basis

The calculation is made per calendar day in the Europe/Rome time zone (00:00:00-23:59:59). «Realised net PnL» is the sum of the results realised on the relevant transactions closed, in whole or in part, during the day. Before the 18% is applied, the costs actually recorded and directly attributable to the included transactions are deducted, such as exchange commissions and, if present and reliably available via API, funding, financing costs or other execution charges. Any rebates or credits directly attributable to the same transactions are treated consistently in the calculation.

The detail of each day must allow the User to reconstruct at least: included transactions, realised PnL, commissions/costs deducted, any credits, net basis, 18% rate, fee amount and currency conversion criterion.

4. Conversions, rounding and currency

The settlement currency is the euro. For amounts expressed in crypto-assets or other currencies, conversion takes place according to the reference rate actually used and indicated in the detail of the day. The Service must show the source or criterion of the rate, the time of the reading and any rounding. The performance fee amounts to be collected are rounded to the euro cent.

5. Collection and tax document

The performance fee accrues at the close of each day with a positive net result. To allow its collection, the User also enables the withdrawal permission on the API key and, during onboarding, specifically authorises Socialeat to use it exclusively to transfer the amount of the fee actually accrued. Collection may take place automatically after the daily calculation and does not require a new confirmation for each individual withdrawal, because it is based on the User's prior and specific authorisation.

The amount that may be transferred through this permission may not exceed the performance fee due for the accrued days and may not be used by Socialeat for withdrawals or movements unrelated to the collection of its own fee. Every collection transaction is recorded in the fee ledger and must be reconcilable with the daily calculation.

Before or at the time of collection, the User receives or finds in the reserved area, on a durable medium or in downloadable format, the amount of the fee, the reference day and the essential elements of the calculation. The tax document required by the applicable rules is made available. In relationships with consumers, the 18% fee is understood to include VAT where due, unless otherwise required by law.

If collection via API fails due to insufficient availability, revocation or limitation of the withdrawal permission, unavailability of the exchange or another technical cause, the accrued amount remains due. Socialeat may suspend the issuing of new trade cards or the live functions until the situation is regularised and may make alternative payment methods available. The User retains the right to access the data necessary to verify and dispute the calculation.

6. Disputes

The User may dispute the calculation within 30 days of notification, without prejudice to more favourable terms or remedies provided for by law. The dispute indicates, where possible, the day and the transactions concerned. Socialeat responds within 15 working days and, if necessary, corrects, refunds or offsets the amounts in the first useful collection.

PART 2 — RISK STATEMENT

The User acknowledges and expressly accepts, with a separate and tracked statement, the following risks.

  • Market and volatility risk: the value of crypto-assets may change rapidly and unpredictably; it is possible to lose the entire capital allocated to the transaction.
  • Leverage and liquidation risk: if margin instruments, futures, perpetuals or other forms of leverage are available, small market movements may produce much faster losses and the position may be forcibly liquidated by the exchange; funding and financing costs may affect the result.
  • Technical, algorithmic and AI risk: data, models, rules or outputs may contain errors, distortions, delays or incomplete information; a trade card may be wrong, late or not executable.
  • Execution and slippage risk: the actual price may differ from entry, stop or target; an order may be partially executed, rejected or not executed.
  • Liquidity risk: illiquid or turbulent markets may prevent entry or exit at the expected levels.
  • Counterparty/exchange risk: insolvency, blocking of withdrawals, unavailability, security incidents or restrictions of the exchange may affect operations and funds.
  • Security and withdrawal risk: since the live API key also includes the withdrawal permission necessary to collect the performance fee, the compromise of devices, e-mail, 2FA, infrastructure or API keys may expose the User to the risk of unauthorised transactions or withdrawals. Socialeat limits the application use of the permission to the fee due only and adopts access controls, logging and security measures; the User must protect credentials and devices and immediately revoke the key in the event of suspected compromise.
  • Stablecoin/depeg and infrastructure risk: assets used as a unit of account or collateral may lose their peg; networks, oracles, smart contracts or infrastructures may malfunction.
  • Regulatory and tax risk: rules, restrictions, classifications of instruments or tax treatment may change and make certain functions or markets unavailable.
  • Risk connected to the performance fee: the autonomy of the days may generate fees even when the overall result of a longer period is nil or negative.

PART 3 — IMMEDIATE ACTIVATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Right of withdrawal

The consumer User has the right of withdrawal within the term provided for by the applicable rules, normally 14 days from the conclusion of the contract in the cases governed by Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo). Early activation of the Service, expressly requested by the User, does not automatically eliminate this right.

If the User exercises the right of withdrawal after having requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period, the User may be required to pay, within the limits of Article 57 of the Consumer Code, an amount proportional to what was actually supplied up to the time of the notice of withdrawal, provided that the information obligations and the express request for early start have been complied with. The loss of the right of withdrawal for service contracts operates only after full performance and under the further conditions provided for by Article 59, where applicable.

Where the relationship is qualified by law as a distance financial service, the special provisions of the Consumer Code in force and prevailing apply.

2. Online withdrawal function

For contracts concluded through the online interface, throughout the period available for withdrawal Socialeat makes available, in a visible and easily accessible way, a function called «Withdraw from the contract here» or an equivalent wording. The function allows the User to identify the contract, confirm the request and receive without undue delay a confirmation on a durable medium containing the content, date and time of the transmission.

3. Model withdrawal form

(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

Version 3

SOCIALEAT S.R.L. — STA — Super Trading Agents

03 · Clauses under Articles 1341-1342 of the Italian Civil Code (separate step of specific approval)

1. Suspension, closure and withdrawal by the Company

Socialeat may suspend or close the account for breach of the Terms, legal obligations, orders of the Authorities, serious security reasons, fraud or non-payment, notifying the User where permitted. Socialeat may withdraw from the open-ended contract with at least 30 days' notice on a durable medium, unless immediate termination is required by law, by the Authorities or for serious security reasons. Only the fees lawfully accrued before the withdrawal takes effect remain due.

2. Jurisdiction for non-consumer Users

For disputes with consumers, the court identified by the mandatory rules retains jurisdiction, including the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer in the cases provided for by law. For relationships with Users acting for professional or business purposes, the Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction, unless a different mandatory rule applies.

3. Changes to the Terms and to the economic conditions

Socialeat may change the Terms and the economic conditions for justified reasons, including regulatory adjustments, security, technical developments or changes in suppliers' costs. Substantial changes are communicated on a durable medium with at least 30 days' notice, except for regulatory or security emergencies. The User may withdraw before they take effect without penalties; changes to the fee that are less favourable to the User have no retroactive effect.

4. Calculation periodicity and autonomy of days

The 18% performance fee is calculated on the positive net result of the single day in the Europe/Rome time zone, according to document 02. The losses of one day are not offset against previous or subsequent days. The User may therefore pay fees on individual positive days even if a longer period shows a break-even or a loss.

5. Collection of the fee via API, non-payment and suspension

At the time of onboarding, the User specifically authorises Socialeat to use the withdrawal API permission exclusively to collect the 18% performance fee actually accrued on the positive daily net result. Collection may take place automatically after the calculation of the day and does not require a new confirmation for each withdrawal, but the amount that may be transferred may not exceed the fee due and the permission may not be used for other purposes. If the withdrawal cannot be executed or the relevant permission is revoked, the amount already accrued remains due and Socialeat may suspend new trade cards or live functions until the situation is regularised, without prejudice to the User's right to verify and dispute the calculation.

6. Limitations of liability and third-party claims

Within the limits permitted by law, Socialeat is not liable for losses deriving exclusively from market movements, autonomous decisions of the User or acts of third parties not attributable to Socialeat. The limitations do not operate in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, breach of mandatory obligations, personal injury or other cases in which the law prohibits them. The User is liable for third-party claims caused by their own unlawful use or use contrary to the Terms, to the extent actually attributable to their conduct.

FINAL CONFIRMATION

The system retains the version of the document, the User's identifier, the individual confirmations, date and time, and the further technical data strictly necessary to prove the expression of will.

Version 3

SOCIALEAT S.R.L. — STA — Super Trading Agents

05 · Onboarding Information on the Performance Fee and Overview of Acceptances

Version 1.8 - 03/10/2026

STA - Super Trading Agents is a software product and a digital service of Socialeat S.r.l. (VAT no./Tax code 13257270960; registered office: Via G. Compagnoni 26, 20129 Milano (MI), Italy; e-mail: info@socialeat.net; tel. +39 349 310 6730). STA is not a separate legal entity: the contract, the provision of the Service and any fees are the responsibility of Socialeat S.r.l.

A. SUMMARY INFORMATION ON THE PERFORMANCE FEE

STA has no fixed fees. Socialeat applies a performance fee of 18% on the profit margin of the single day, understood as the realised positive net result for each relevant wallet, according to the complete definitions and criteria of document 02. The days are autonomous and the losses of one day are not offset against those of other days.

Only the transactions identified as linked to STA according to document 02 are included in the calculation; transactions unrelated to STA must not contribute to the fee. The daily detail shows the transactions considered, the costs deducted, the net basis and the amount of the fee. The accrued fee is collected through the withdrawal API permission specifically authorised by the User during onboarding and contractually limited to the sole collection of the fee owed to Socialeat.

Example: day 1 +100 euros = fee 18 euros; day 2 -100 euros = fee 0; day 3 +100 euros = fee 18 euros. Overall result of the three days +100 euros; total fees 36 euros.

B. OVERVIEW OF ACCEPTANCES DURING ONBOARDING

To ensure clarity and proof of intent, the following expressions of will are collected as separate events, not pre-ticked and recorded with the document version, User identifier and date/time. Where appropriate, the technical identifier of the event or a hash of the accepted version is also retained.

StepUser's actNature

8. PrivacyAcknowledgement of receipt of the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.Mandatory as acknowledgement of receipt, not as consent.
9. MarketingOptional and separate consent to promotional communications.Optional and not pre-ticked.

C. FINAL SCREEN BEFORE ACTIVATION

Immediately before activation, the interface must clearly show at least: the identity of Socialeat S.r.l. as provider; the essential characteristics of STA; the non-personalised nature of the trade cards and the need for manual confirmation of each transaction; the performance fee rate and calculation criterion; the authorisation to use the withdrawal API permission exclusively to collect the fee; the duration/termination of the contract; the right of withdrawal and the main risks. If activation entails a potential obligation to pay, the final button must state this unequivocally, for example «Activate STA with performance fee obligation» or another wording of equal clarity.

After activation the User receives, or can download on a durable medium, a copy of the documents and acceptances. During the withdrawal period, for online contracts, the function «Withdraw from the contract here» or an equivalent wording must be accessible, with confirmation on a durable medium.

D. CONSISTENCY BETWEEN INTERFACE, CONTRACT AND SYSTEMS

Essential rule — The information shown during onboarding must correspond to the actual behaviour of STA. In particular, the non-personalised nature of the trade cards, manual confirmation of transactions, percentage and periodicity of the fee, transactions included in the calculation, API permissions and limits on the use of the withdrawal permission must be consistent across interface, backend and contractual documentation.
